[PATCH] Updated Norwegian Translation, Accounts & Strings

This webmail will kill me one day....If it's the last thing i'm doing i'll
get my smtp server listen at port 80 to reach it from work :-) This is OT
but anyone who has a solution to get through the firewall, so i don't have
to use webmail?
