I think that allowing renaming of the account here is not a good thing.  
Think about the relative frequency of the following two actions:
1. renaming an account
2. opening the account register.

I'm sure you'll agree that #2 is performed far more often.  Shouldn't it 
then have the more convenient access by double-clicking the account 
name?  I think renaming the account should be done by selecting Edit 
Account from the context menu and changing it there.
