That's bad and probably an error in bugzilla. In the "Account" section 
the tab for "permissions" should also contain the entry "editbugs  	Can 
edit all aspects of any bug.", but I guess similar to twunder your 
account is missing that part. I've submitted a bugzilla entry about 
bugzilla (ha ha) http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327374 and I 
hope they will resolve this soon.
