http://gnucash.neil.williamsleesmill.me.uk/ has been updated (it redirects to 
en/ by default now) and should be almost complete.

All that's left now is working out where news/ should be located and adjusting 
the files to read from there.

In order to make mirroring possible, I may have to move things around relative 
to Linas' current locations. Is it OK to move *internal* files via svn?

I won't be changing any public URL's, only the locations of certain scripts 
and directories that are not directly accessible to the public anyway.
