Sharing gnucash.css between htdocs and mail-search?

(I only meant the HTML/CSS structure sufficient for validation.)
There's quite a bit more to do even after today's fixes to the externals
- like removing the nested tables, tidying up the CSS and sorting out
news/ and the top level index page.
