Update on Dutch translation

thanks a lot! These 2990 translated messages are a huge leap forward. Thank 
you very much for this contribution.

One (minor) issue: Please set the PO-Revision-Date in the header (first 
message) to the most recent date of when you edited the file. I don't know 
whether KBabel sets this automatically - emacs po-mode surely does. Keeping 
this PO-Revision-Date up to date makes it much easier to distinguish older 
from newer translations.

Also, the file hasn't been merged with the gnucash.pot template since April. 
This is probably fine because we are in string freeze since then. There have 
been some changes since then nevertheless (mostly removing of obsolete 
strings), so I committed a merged version of your translation into SVN. I 
hope that's okay for you.
