QOF 0.6.3 scheduled for release 14th March.

An early-ish release (0.6.2 will just about have time to make Debian testing) 
reflecting an interim bug fix release.

This leaves plenty of room for a 0.6.4 release in time for gnucash 2.0.0.

This release continues the renaming of files, functions and typedefs to the 
standard QOF conventions, this time bringing qof_book_merge into line by 
replacing it with qofbookmerge.c|h and adding the old function names to 
deprecated.c|h.

It also includes the fixes made in the gnucash tree up to r13556.

(I was planning a pilot-qof 0.1.0 release but I am still waiting for 
pilot-link 0.12 so I'm doing QOF 0.6.3 instead.)
