QOF 0.6.3 scheduled for release 14th March.

I have one more change I'd like to get in that finishes the work of
deprecating old functions (not counting your book merge changes) and
makes the code in deprecated.[ch] conditionally compiled based on the
QOF_DISABLE_DEPRECATED flag.  

I hope to commit this tonight, or tomorrow night at the latest.
