Unable to run r13574 - missing libgw-engine.so.0

Ok that installs the missing files.  Strange.  I have to admit this goes above my understanding of how make works.  I appreciate your help but I don't want to take up too much of your time.  I think I'll do a complete checkout.  Hopefully that will solve my problem.
