Failure during startup, Filetype unknown

Hello again,

Been out of range from the sattelite for 2 days now, so i have been 
preparing some mail messages wich has been waiting for the internet to 
return:-)

Open the program. Save some data (Or just save the "empty program")
Exit, and then delete the file.
Start the program again. That brings the following error message:

""The filetype of file /path/nameoffile is unknown.""

This is not really the problem... the file isn't there.....
And it even ask if i want to save to file <unknown> when i exit the next 
time.


Is it possible to add a translated/standard tax table to the norwegian 
translated gnucash?
