The mt940 import in gnucash-SVN (also included in 1.9.3) requires the
aqbanking library in version >= 1.3.0 (although I'd recommend >= 1.9.7),
which in turn requires the library gwenhywfar (aqbanking-1.9.x requires
gwenhywfar >= 1.99.x; aqbanking-1.3.x up to 1.6.x requires
gwenhywfar-1.19.x but not newer).

If you have these installed, enable it in gnucash by the switches
"--enable-mt940 --enable-hbci" (both are required).

If you encounter any problems during mt940 import, either ask here on
gnucash-devel or on the aqbanking mailinglist.
