Are we ready for the 2.0.0 release in mid-May?

This isn't a 2.0 blocker.  In fact, we probably don't want to do it in
2.0 to allow (easier) 1.8 data-file compat.

Once the website is updated, I'm going to create a branch to do some
major rework of SXes ... part of which is using Recurrence instead.
