[Patches] T&C Guide updates - Loans & Investments

These patches are for the Tutorial & Concepts Guide;

1) Corrections to the Investments Chapter to improve the section on
On-Line quotes (8.6.3.2) also changed section 8.6.3 title.  Hope this
cleans up the confusion, poor use of "security account" referring to two
different items.

2) Correction to image file names in Loans (A Personal Load to a
friend).  This makes a significant difference by including additional
details in the section.


Note - I didn't include all the "corrections" that should be applied to
the T & C Guide - the naming of the images files is inconsistent between
chapters.  Correction will require renaming many of the image files and
changes to the text.
