gnucash/win32: Register window available

Just a short additional notice about the gnucash/win32 port: With the latest 
SVN, gnucash can be installed, started, it can load a file, it can add/edit 
accounts, and (most interestingly) it can open a register window. The 
register window already works as it should.

What doesn't work are the reports. These just crash. But in the rest I haven't 
been able to find a crasher again :-)
