All yes.  I translated
"Welcome Sample Report",
"Custom Multicolumn Report", and
"Sample Report with Examples" in ja.po file.
I was sure I did msgfmt properly because I could change other strings
successfully.

I attach screenshots of "Sample & Custum" submenus for some locales:
C, en_GB.UTF-8, es_ES.UTF-8, and ja_JP.UTF-8.
Apparently, only C locale has 3 submenu items, while others have 2.

I'm also wondering why the menu item orders are so different
between locales.
