Current data file incompatibility of branch-2.0 vs. SVN-trunk

Update: r15599 adds src/bin/gnucash-strip-svn-datafile.sh as a proposal for 
such a script. Feel free to rename it or change it or whatever. 

By definition, this script is never needed in a tarball but only in svn.
