updated gnucash's french translation : fr.po (with the file)

I'm happy to hear about that!

The Brazilian Portuguese translation hasn't been touched for a long
time too, and we're starting to update it now. I'd like to know: how
long did it take you to update the translation? Did you do it all by
yourself?
