WIn32 : AqBanking wizard, Qt3Support4.dll. librarie not found

Hello,

When I start the AqBanking wizard, it said that it can not find 
Qt3Support4.dll.
It said that dynamic librarie Qt3Support4.dll. is not found in a lot of 
paths.

Any ideas ?
