SX: Created Transactions not removed from SLR list

I can't reproduce this ... with either normally-created or postponed
transactions (and ignored instances are ignored).  Can you narrow the
reproduction critera?  Can you describe the SXes?

When you reproduce, please do so with the attached log config file as
~/.gnucash/log.conf, and post the output of /tmp/gnucash.trace ?
