SX: Created Transactions not removed from SLR list

I don't see the problem of the weekly->daily issue (a transaction 
scheduled weekly being added daily) anymore with R15723.

However, the issue that a transaction that's being entered to the 
register is not cleared from the next run and keeps being added with the 
next run of the SLR still exists.
By the way, it does not matter if you have to enter a value to the SX or 
not.  Both types of SXs are entered every time you run SLR.
