You don't mention what circles you've gone in.  Downloading
GnuCash is simple; go to http://www.gnucash.org/  then click
on Downloads: Source Code, Windows Binary, then click on
gnucash stable (2.2.4), then click on gnucash-2.2.4-setup.exe

>From there it's all about sourceforge's download mirroring system.
