DBI backend status

Even I have been waiting for the DBI support in mainstream GnuCash. Also, it
would be good to have it available for MS Windows as well.

OK, 1 vote to roll it into trunk.  Anyone else?  Any other thoughts?
Hold off until after the 2.2.6 release?
