Italian help in 2.2.8 release

I would have to check at home, but I simply guess that the hard-coded list in
branches/2.2/packaging/win32/install.sh, ~line 1100 of guide/help and language
combinations did not include the Italian ones. I did not check that, assuming
that it was still work-in-progress, sorry.
