Italian help in 2.2.8 release

Indeed. The inst_docs() function says

        make_chm guide C
        make_chm guide de_DE
        make_chm help C
        make_chm help de_DE

So that should be changed to include 

     make_chm guide it_IT
     make_chm help it_IT

How do we proceed from here? @Andi: Do you think you could provide a new 
Windows binary in the next days? That would be very great.
