QIF importer patches

Any chance of committing a few more patches to the QIF importer before 2.2.4?
In particular, the patch for bug
513829<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=513829>fixes a pretty
blatant error in the import results and is affecting a user
trying to migrate to GnuCash. And its a two-fer... this one patch should
close two Bugzilla bugs.

All the other patches awaiting review are less important, as they are for
convenience, or pretty up the druid without affecting the import results, or
address rarely encountered problems. Of these, I think the patch for bug
360058 <http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360058> is the simplest,
plus it prevents a possible crash and is also a two-fer...

If a third patch could be squeezed in, the one for bug
123312<http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=123312>is nice as it
saves some painful repetition for the user when importing
investment transactions.
