Add cyprus, maltese and slovenian currencies to EURO support

Hi,

as of 01. 01. 2008 cyprus and malta joined the EURO, slovenia did so last year.
The cyprus pound, maltese lira and slovenian tolar are not supported as euro
currencies in GnuCash.

I openend bug #506671 and supplied a patch.

Please backport to stable 2.2 branch.
