compiling on opensuse 10.3 fails

what is the equivalent of libguile-dev?

I installed guile and guile-devel. I searched with yast for "guile" and
found:

graphiz-guile
guile
guile-devel
g-wrap
g-wrap-devel

Do I need the g-wrap packets?
