You can get 2.2.3 by:

  yum install gnucash

If you want 2.2.5 you'll have to compile it yourself.  You
can find instructions on the wiki:

  http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/RedHat

However with FC7 all the dependencies are already available via yum.
