Run F::Q from MSYS on XP?

Please take a look at packaging/win32/install-fq-mods.bat.  It was
designed to work in $prefix\bin, where prefix is the installation
directory, and the perl in PATH.  So to run it for the perl5.6 I think
it would suffice to either put perl5.6 temporarily into the systems PATH
or comment out the ssleay32.dll check at the top of the file.  I am not
sure whether it was necessary to actually run $ACTIVE_PERL_DIR
\Installer.bat or not.

I think the main reason for installing 5.6 instead of 5.8 was the
download size :-)
