MSYS comes with the non-GUI form of vim, I believe. I just type "vi" from
the MSYS shell command line. It understands C and Scheme files and does
syntax highlighting if you put "syntax on" in your .exrc file. Turning on
parentheses matching is also nice (set showmatch).
