SKR04 crashes

How is this triggered? I am not sure where this is configured on the 
different systems that, e.g., the de_DE charts of accounts (CoA) are 
displayed. It is true that the additional de_DE tax-infos are 
automatically read by GnuCash in the CoA dialogue?

I have not found out that yet on my WinXP machine.
