average monthly report

Hi,

this report more or less exists as patch in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=532060.
You can toggle the budget report to display only the actual values of all
accounts for each time period. From there you can easily copy and paste to a
spreadsheet and calculate averages, sums, maxs, mins and whatever you like.
I am missing this feature very much, too, and hope it will be committed
sometimes :-)
