Problem with home-made Finance::Quote script

Unfortunately, the default time chosen for tiaa-cref retirement  
account quotes screws up the effective date. The default time handling  
needs some work.

That's because your source isn't listed among the known f-q sources  
listed in src/engine/gnc-commodity.c
