Polish localization

Hi all.

I've been using GNUCash for a while and I absolutely love it. Being 
Polish (and a translator, too) I noticed that the Polish localization is 
lacking, so I decided to help. I exchanged e-mails with the guy who has 
contributed to the Polish localization and he told me he wasn't at it 
anymore. I would gladly take that task - I would only like you to help 
me get started. It's been a while since I last helped with localizing 
and I don't know where to start looking.
