[PATCH] finnish translation+account file for 2.2.6

I agree that there's a problem here.

I translated the "common" hierarchy (see attachment). I also made a 
couple of changes into it while at it. I left original names into 
descriptions, as there's still lots of English in the translation (.po) 
anyway.

Btw, I guess one option would be to just copy some other original 
hierarchy file just as is into accounts/fi. Although it could be a bit 
hackish approach.
