GNUCash Load File Error

Hi All,

I have successfully installed gnucash from sources using install.sh from packaging on a old and slow Windows XP machine

The following url suggests that this file can be run from c:/soft/gnucash/bin/gnucash

http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Windows#Instructions_for_an_.28almost.29_automated_build

I found it in /c/soft/gnucash/dist/bin

Can this page be corrected please?

This wording is found on the "About GNUCash"

This copy was built from svn r18011 on 2009-04-01.

When opening a gnucash data file I get the following message

The server at URL sqlite3://C:\Documents and Settings\GNUCash\Desktop\GNU Cash Test Data\S & M Brown 08 - 09 experienced an error or encountered bad or corrupt data.

This data file is a copy of the data file I use on a Windows Vista machine using gnucash 2.2.8.
