Thanks for reporting this.  The change to allow reports to be discovered in a 
directory rather than being hard-coded in didn't handle win32.

I've commited the fix which will be picked up in the next win32 build.

I've also retagged 2.3.4.  Derek, please kick the build to build 2.3.4 win32.
