OpenSP error "realpath undeclared" (2.3.8 tagged yesterday, but no win32 build)

Is the command completely identical?  I thought that we referenced our
own internal copy of the docbook modules instead of relying on
oasis-open.org?  It looks like the error is a file-not-found error.
