Add slovakian currency to EURO support

On 1 January 2009 the euro became legal tender in Slovakia, replacing the
Slovak koruna at the irrevocably fixed exchange rate of EUR 1 = SKK 30.1260.

I created bug #566198 and added a patch.

Please apply the patch to the stable branch, too.
