I committed the patches yesterday. Were there any problems with the
overnight builds for Linux or Windows? I was able to build GnuCash here with
the mac integration features, like menus at the top of the screen instead of
inside the GnuCash window. Looks pretty good, just a couple of oddities
which John & I have been discussing off-list.

Now if I could just build aqbanking for quartz instead of X11... I'll have
to find some time to try to build qt3-mac or even qt4-mac. I haven't been
able to build them in the past.
