make check fails on Linux

Using r18160, I compile with the following configure options:

  with options "'--enable-error-on-warning' '--enable-compile-warnings' '--prefix=/opt/gnucash-svk' '--enable-ofx' '--enable-hbci' '--enable-dbi' '--enable-debug' '--enable-locale-specific-tax' 'CFLAGS=-g -O0'"

I get the following from "make all check":
