Patch: Invoice Entry Window: minor gui tweaks

No dev has given feedback on this patch in two weeks. I presume they are all 
too busy right now with other stuff.

Just to prevent this patch from getting lost in the mailing list archives, I 
have created a bugreport for it and attached it there as well:

Hopefully someone can still look at it before 2.4.
