r19043 - gnucash/tags - Remove tag so it can be retagged tomorrow to kick off the build again

What I was thinking was, could there be a post-commit script so that if anything is removed from repo/gnucash/tags, that the state file is rebuilt.

Not really.  The cron job only runs once a day, and there's not really a
good way to test whether it's been "re-tagged".  But feel free to look
at the scripts; they're all in packaging/win32.  In particular, look at
build_tags.sh.
