Let's really release 2.4.0 soon

I've committed the patch for this bug. In a couple of days I will have a 
(small) patch also for documenting trading account [1] because I think 
it deserves to be in the docs: at the moment I'm studiyng where to put it.

While talking about documentation I've found a couple of problems 
running xmllint for gnucash guide:

ch_basics.xml:108: element imagedata: validity error : Value "SVG" for 
attribute format of imagedata is not among the enumerated set
                          contentwidth="4in"></imagedata>
                                            ^
ch_basics.xml:108: element imagedata: validity error : No declaration 
for attribute contentwidth of element imagedata
                          contentwidth="4in"></imagedata>
                                            ^
ch_txns.xml:155: element keycap: validity error : No declaration for 
attribute function of element keycap
       function="enter">Enter</keycap> after finishing the entry. But you
                       ^
ch_txns.xml:157: element keycap: validity error : No declaration for 
attribute function of element keycap
       function="enter">Enter</keycap>, the split view will be

Is there a way to solve them?
