How to translate GnuCash web pages?

Dear Yasuaki Taniguchi/谷口康明,

the only things I know about website translations are written on  
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Translation#How_to_translate_the_web_page  
but the steps you mention could very well be needed as well. I'd say  
you can go ahead as you said and submit your contribution in bugzilla  
once you're ready.
