Tax Invoice fails in 2.3.13 -- eguile requires slib

Chris' patch will stop the crasher for now. So yes, it would be good to file a 
bug with a patch that stops the crashing for now.

This is true, but as long as nobody works on that part (or has finished this 
task), I'd definitely prefer not having a crash over having a crash.
