I don't think Yawar's patches were meant to be applied to a fresh svn 
checkout. They were meant to be applied on top of your patch.

So the steps to perform would be:
* check out a fresh svn copy
* apply your patch
* apply Yawar's first patch (with patch -p3 inside directory C)
* apply Yawar's second patch
* ...
