Disputing a donation to the gnucash project?

I'm sorry for bringing this up publically.  As I said this is the first
PayPal dispute ever (after a few years of the tip jar being up), so I
was both surprised at it and unsure how to deal.  The message I got from
paypal was pretty long (it's a 2-3 page email) and your message was
hidden in there.  Not your fault, but definitely confusing for someone
who gets dozens of paypal phishing attempts a day but many fewer actual
paypal notices.

I've responded within paypal; we can keep further communications about
the transaction there.

To keep this confusion from happening in the future, I propose that we
put something on the website to let people know what to expect with
their donation.  Do you have any wording that you would recommend (what
would have helped you)?  Also, where would you propose that we add this
additional verbiage (what pages did you look at prior to donating)?
