Patch for tooltip not translatable

I've found a tooltip that don't get translated on a couple of reports. 
I've attached a patch to solve this. Before commiting it I kindly ask to 
developers to check if I've done something wrong because I'm not a 
programmer and I've discovered the (possible) solution by looking at 
other tooltips that get translated in the same files. To test if the 
patch works I've modified the files and I've run the make pot command: 
the new string then became translatable in gnucash.pot.
