Thank you for your offering Japanese translation of GnuCash web site.
I'm working Japanese concepts guide and help manual to keep up with
English version in progress, and I don't have enough time to translate web
site.
So your offer is very helpful.

Most of GnuCash web pages, except wiki and documents, are translated via
gettext.
The procedure is as follows:
(1) Checkout htdocs from svn
$ svn co http://svn.gnucash.org/repo/ htdocs/branches/beta
(2) Make POTFILE and msgmerge
$ cd beta
$ make pot
$ make msgmerge
(3) Translate po/lang.po (ja.po for Japanese)
(4) Send translated po file to developer
Use http://bugzilla.gnome.org or email to gnucash-devel list.
